1. Check if all the property is off supply. If so, ask your neighbours if they have power.
  2. If there is no power to the neighbours property telephone Western Power 0800 6783 105.
  3. Check the main consumer unit, if any of the fuse switches are showing OFF reset them to ON.
  4. If the fuse will not reset unplug all appliances and repeat the process. If the fuses still will not reset contact the Fault Reporting Service. samsaccommodation.co.uk or the Emergency out of Hours Service.
